Please note:

· That the fees have only go up on early entry by $15.00’s on dual and on Saturday’s event by $50-early and $25.00 standard.

The organizer notes by $5.00’s, Out of Area by $30.00’s but everything else stayed the same.

· There is a rebate program if we have a decent entry field and the contingency funds for Storm Attack.

· Payment is requested ASAP so that expenses are taken care of in a timely manner.

· Make check, cashier’s check, money order payble to Denise Hamada-McMahon.

· Mail the discount entry fee payment along with the entry form and Service Crew/Vehicle Registration Form (available on the event website) attached it with your payment to competitor registrar:

· Payments made at the event must be in cash only or do pay pal with copy in hand of payment to competitor registrar. Notification of withdrawal must be made to the Competitor Registrar fax, in writing or by calling.

*Includes Transaction Fee for using PayPal….you can use PayPal on the late entry fee as well. Just bring in your copy showing the competitor registrar that you paid online three days before the event since the registrar will be out in Blythe and not knowing you have already paid.

Refund Policy:

· Entry payments submitted for Desert Storm Rally withdrawn on or before Feb 22nd will have entire entry fee refunded in full.

· If paid entries withdraw Feb 23rd to the day of event; the entry fees will be refunded, less a $75.00 processing fee.

· After the close of registration on March 12th, there will be NO REFUNDS.

Dual Entry Rebate Program:

Due to the slow economic period, we realize the need to do everything possible to hold down the cost of competition. Unfortunately, many of the costs involved in organizing a rally are fixed and independent of the number of entries. So we are presenting a “Dual Entry Rebate Program” that will reward teams for entering in the dual level at this event. The amount of the rebate is set-up to the number of entries (dual or single date entrees by March 12th) required meeting the event’s costs. Rebates will be paid by check when time cards are handed out at drivers meeting on Saturday morning.

Single Entry Rebate Program:

As stated above in the “Dual Entry Program” that some cost are fixed, but we realize that even single date entrees do have cost as well. So we are presenting below the amount of rebate we can do for you as a single entry team whether the entries numbers are dual or single.

Express Registration:

Fax or mail to Marni Nagy (address/fax number above) the proper paperwork to get through registration quickly:

· The 2010 RA Service Crew/Vehicle Registration Form (will be uploaded to website.)

· The 2010 RA Entry Form(*) filled out completely with the medical question form and signed by driver and co-driver. (will be uploaded to website.)

· Copies of proper insurance (100/200/50)/registration paperwork on all service vehicles and competition vehicle.

· Copies of Driver and Co-Driver competition RA License (you can renew at the event.)

· Or copies of your NASA membership cards and license card (must be renewed prior to the event. (We are only accepting current NASA license and membership cards and will not be selling them at the event.)

· Letter from owner of the competion vehicle allowing you to use their car/truck if the vehicle is not owned by you. For further information on proper paperwork for rentals, etc. please call Marni Nagy.

(*) by signing the entry form(s), competitors (driver and co-driver) are deemed to fully understand and agree to follow the Rally America rulebook.

That is half the battle and she will only need to see the driver license on both driver and co-driver and come back with a completed tech inspection sheet to receive the approval to compete.

At the event registration: We encourage competitors to fax documentation prior to the event as stated in the express registration section.  We do realize you may not have everything in order until day of registration but do COME TO REGISTRATION COMPLETELY PREPARED.

*NASA LICENSE:

Do note: We will again have an exception that you can use the NASA license but you will not score points from Rally America and Southwest RallyCup series since it is aligned with the RA scoring system. So I encourage you to get your RA license and for assistance contact Bob Nielsen at license@rally-america.com or at event registration. We wanted to help last year due to the economy; but things are getting better and we need to help to keep the regional program strong and continue to run for of the regional’s in this country.
